With an in-house AI server (from approx. EUR 4,000 for entry-level systems) all email content, summaries and reply suggestions remain 100% on your own hardware — no transfer to external services, not even to us.
Transport encryption (TLS 1.3) and optional content encryption. Your emails are protected in transit and at rest — even if third parties were to gain access to the server infrastructure.

Yes — completely. Every individual AI function can be disabled independently. You can, for example, keep AI summaries active while disabling automatic reply suggestions. Or disable everything with a single click. For individual users or for the entire organisation.
